Iraqi letter The Presidency, Secretary to the President, Party Affairs

An official Iraqi sheet with the Iraqi logo.  The letter head states the following:  "Republic of Iraq, The Presidency, Secretary to the President, Party Affairs.  Not sure if this is a letter head of the actual Iraqi Presidency or a letter head of the Party Affairs.  Either way this is a historical and original Iraqi document that has never been used or written on. As with my other Iraqi listings I picked this up during my second tour in Iraq.
