Brand new with  hangtags in size  small adult. This skirt is a full circle mounted onto spandex boycut trunks (shorts). Great for dance, drill, skate or baton, either as a costume or a coverup. The model is showing it over pink leopard leggings. see my photo for actual item
The hem of the skirt is not finished, it does not need to be as the fabric does not ravel. It is designed this way.Size small adult fits a ladies size 4 to 6
These are manufactured by Wolff Fording (or Main Street,same company) and are perfect. sb6
