THIS ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP ONLY
This is an older model that was used by 3 feral cats for about 16 years under a wide eave with tall bushes in front of it.  So it didn’t get an exposure to the sun or weather.  It was scrubbed thoroughly with bleach and is nice and white.  There are some brown paint drips on one side that I couldn’t scrub out.  Otherwise, it’s in perfect condition.  It also includes the clear door flap which is also in excellent condition.  I’m not sure, but when I got this but I think it was considered the LARGE model.
This item is offered for Pick Up Only.  Any additional purchases will be combined, all postage eliminated
and you will be sent an adjusted invoice prior to payment.  Depending on your location, seller “may” be able to “meet” you - must be a reasonable distance from seller, a public location and not outside the state of NJ.  Please contact seller via Ebay before purchasing to see if an arrangement can be made.    Seller lives in Northwestern NJ (Near Sparta, Lake Hopatcong, Dover and West Milford - right off Routes 15, 23 & 80).
