Functional Condition:
This oscilloscope has been tested and has the following issue:
The oscilloscope fails several parts of its power on self test and it is unable to display a frequency on either channel. The holdoff and level adjustment knobs are broken off. The buttons and knobs are functional. The screen displays clearly.
Cosmetic Condition:
There are 2 broken knobs. The rest of the oscilloscope is in good condition.
