THIS LISTING IS FOR AN UNUSUAL HAND-MADE MID-CENTURY STERLING SILVER SMALL FOOTED SAUCE BOAT.
THIS SAUCE BOAT IS DECORATED WITH A SCALLOPED UPPER EDGE, A HAND-HAMMERED BODY WITH TEXTURE SHOWING INSIDE THE BOWL, HAS A FIGURAL BIRD NECK HANDLE AND SITS ON FOUR PAD FEET.
THE SILVER IS IN EXCELLENT ESTATE CONDITION WITH NO DENTS OR DINGS AND REFLECTS ONLY MINOR SIGNS OF NORMAL WEAR.
THE SILVER IS STAMPED "STERLING 930" WITH NO IDENTIFING MAKER'S MARKS.
MEASURES 1 3/4" HIGH (AT SIDES), 2 1/8" HIGH (AT MOUTH),3 1/4" HIGH (AT HANDLE), 7" LONG AND 3 5/8" WIDE. WEIGHS 188 GRAMS.
